Return Policy
All Louison Fine pieces are made-to-order, and are eligible for store credit only, minus the cost of shipping and insurance. Items must be returned within 7 business days, unworn, in pristine original condition and packaging.
All Louison Rare vintage and antique pieces are eligible for full refund, minus the cost of shipping, and a 15% restocking fee. If you would like to exchange your piece for store credit, the restocking fee will not apply. As with all of our returns, items must be returned within 7 business days in unworn, pristine original condition and packaging.
All custom, personalized, and engraved pieces, as well as items purchased on layaway or markdown are final sale, as are items that have been sized or altered in any way. We encourage buyers to ask any and all questions prior to buying to make sure that everyone is on the same page - we are more than happy to provide additional photos and go over details to satisfy your concerns.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to obtain an authorization and instructions for return. No returns or exchanges are accepted on pieces that have been worn, even once, or that are sent back without messaging us and our approval first. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we determine an item has been used or altered in any way. We are not responsible for return shipping or insurance, and it is the buyers responsibility to return the item packaged in a method safe for shipment, and provide us with tracking so we can be sure to receive it.
A note about Louison Rare: We have years of experience collecting, working with, repairing and selling vintage and antique jewelry. We do our best to meticulously vet, research, photograph and describe each piece exhaustively, but at the end of the day, we cannot guarantee their provenance 100% of the time. In the unlikely event that an item has been grossly misrepresented, we will offer a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
Guarantee
All Louison Fine jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months with reasonable wear. If within this time period you encounter a problem with your piece, contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue at no expense to you. We reserve the right, once we have received a piece for evaluation, to determine that a preexisting defect was not the cause of the damage. We do not cover repairs that are the result of negligent wear, but will do our best to provide repair services in an affordable manner and return your piece to you as good as new. Any outside alteration, sizing, or repair work voids our guarantee.
All Louison Rare vintage and antique pieces are sold as-is. We encourage buyers to treat these treasures appropriately considering their age and condition, and are always available to answer questions and provide information to help gauge whether a piece is appropriate for your lifestyle.
