Recast from an antique French piece from our archives, this beautiful medal features serene-faced sun surrounded by rays of light and the words "Bonjour la nuit" in relief below it. Originally struck by the Paris Mint in the 1970’s as part of their “Voeux Les Plus Vifs” collection ("Wishing the best of life") it reminds us to look on the bright side of things, that the cracks are how the light gets in.
