Description
A beautiful Edwardian Moss Agate specimen with a spectacular beveled edge is repurposed from a stick pin to a necklace when strung on a delicate, matching gold chain.
HISTORY
Formed from weathered volcanic rocks, moss agate contains other metals (usually manganese or iron) which create beautiful, moss-like inclusions within the stone. Each has a completely unique pattern, and this stone's is particularly pleasing, with fern-like filaments throughout. Worshiped historically as the stone of gardeners and horticulturists, it is believed to promote abundance, both with regards to spiritual and physical growth.
